Happy Birthday to Wah Toh!

Please join me in wishing Wah Toh a very happy 25th birthday!

I have so many fond memories growing up with Sister #2. She used to pick me up from kindergarten, and then take me to eat fish ball noodle soup:
^^That photo doesn't even do it justice because the FBNS that we got at Uncle Ball's (trust me on this) had fish balls that were sliced and fried before they were added to the soup. SO GOOOOD... I am drooling as I am writing this. Anyhow, Wah Toh took me to eat when our family was at our poorest. But, if you know Wah Toh, you will know that there is always a "food budget," so we would go about once a week. Then, after we ate this, we would go home to eat dinner! HAHAHAHHAHA!!! Isn't that wild?? I was not to say a word about it, but the secret comes out when I don't eat my actual dinner. Teehee...

Wah Toh, I hope you will like the FBNS that I cooked for you (above) as well as the butterfly cookies below.
Happy Birthday!

Yeah, your Han Yee's (Wah Toh's) fish products are always good, especially since developing the influence from Uncle Han Yee and his hometown. Hey, Midge, you know I have seen your dad open up a can of garbanzo beans and eat it straight out of the can when he is too hungry to wait for 3fish to cook. But when Uncle Han Yee gets hungry, he just goes and fries up a ham yue gai lup tsau fahn. That's so funny because they are from the same place.

Happy Birthday Han Yee! Eating at your house was like Jesus feeding the 5000. Never looked like enough food but you worked your magic and somehow we all were stuffed!

Everyone has just been focusing on Wah Tor's culinary skills and had overlooked her other thriving business during off hours - Weekdays between 6PM - 10PM (MT) is when Wah Tor's PRIVATE practice officially opens - a menagerie running the whole gamut from psychological counseling, to psychiatric consultation/therapy, to human resource issues, accounting tutoring, child rearing, spiritual counseling, to cooking tips, menu planning, and inspiration for 3-fish and Down Under (4th sister). Her services and contribution to us are so significant and COMPREHENSIVE that they put Dr. Laura to shame! Being the smart business woman she is, she also provides free enhanced service in the form of a GARGANTUAN listening ear. Oh, not to mention she is also available24/7 as she had often time put aside her work at her real office job to take our calls as well. This is how she earned her legendary Wah Tor title. Thank you sis for putting up with me and Down Under. We are forever indebted. Happy bday & Love, 3-fish & Down Under
PS: next time I will TREAT you durians instead of SELLING them to you (Thai inside joke)
