The Warriors become only the third eighth seed in NBA history to defeat a number one seed in the first round of the playoffs and the first eighth seed to ever beat a one seed in the best-of-seven format since it was adopted in 2003.

With the loss, the Mavericks’ 67 wins (sixth most in NBA history) becomes the largest win total by a team during the regualar season to lose in the first round of the playoffs.

The Warriors played tonight’s game in front of the all-time single-game franchise record crowd at ORACLE Arena of 20,677...This marks the third consecutive home game in which the team has established an all-time record in attendance, topping the 20,629 for Game 1 (last Friday) and the 20,672 for Game 2 (last Sunday)....This also marks the largest crowd to ever witness a basketball game in the state of California.

Welcome back, SUNS!

I am so proud of the Warriors. The ONLY team I'd like to see beat them is the Phoenix Suns. The Mavs are really beat. There was NO MENTION of the game on their website. It was just some message about looking forward to next season, but when you click on that link, it takes you to a "page not found" error.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!

Sorry, had to let that out. I bet Irene, er..., Mark Cuban got a lot of sleep last night. I'm surprised there weren't riots.
